Whichever sky condition you land on is your FORECAST for the NEXT day. You score 5 points every time your FORECAST matches the *ACTUAL sky conditions at the start of each hour from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. (possible total of 65 points - Don't worry, we'll keep score).

Land on PINHEADS and you're stuck with the FORECAST (sky conditions & projected high) that matches whatever the fine meteorologists from Vancouver happen to be predicting at the moment.
