36-year-old Sarah Ruth Kruse was reported missing on May 29th, and the weekend saw a helicopter once again helping with the search effort.
Yukon RCMP say resources are still being deployed in the search for a missing Carmacks and Pelly Crossing-area woman.
36-year-old Sarah Ruth Kruse was reported missing on May 29th. An initial search with 140 volunteers and agencies such as Yukon Conservation Officer Services, and Energy, Mines, and Resources failed to locate her the following weekend.
Police say over the past two weeks, there have been multiple helicopter searches covering remote areas of interest, as well as flying the Yukon River between Carmacks and Dawson. Four RCMP boats have also searched the river.
A helicopter conducted more searches of the area this weekend.
RCMP say investigators are also following up on any tips that come in.
