e-mail. Please give a brief and concise description of where,
why, when, who and how. Include a telephone number and name of the official spokesperson for the
newsroom to contact. |

leave your name and phone number. The newsroom will call you back as soon as possible. |

attended competitions outside of the Territory, share the results with CKRW's news room before
your group comes home! |

competition results in sports updates on the radio. To assist our news room in trying to air your
event, please ensure that the name of the organization, contact person and phone number are clearly
legible on the Press Release. If it's simple and easy to read, it will help get it to air earlier. |
