Three people have been arrested as the RCMP investigation into the Riverdale warrant execution continues
WHITEHORSE – As a result of the RCMP investigation, 3 people have been arrested related to the Riverdale warrant execution.
Whitehorse RCMP performed 3 arrests on February 15, 2023, relating to an investigation of robberies that occurred after meeting people on online dating apps. There is still one lone suspect at large, 25-year-old Kayla Breeze Trudeau.
Based on the continuing investigation by Whitehorse RCMP General Investigative Section (GIS), as well as tips received from the public, Jared Skookum, Willow Lacosse, and Raven Lennie have been arrested.
Skookum and Lennie will remain in custody while Lacrosse is set to appear in court on March 3rd.
This is a Criminal Code inquiry that is ongoing. The RCMP is not disclosing any more information at this time in order to protect the integrity of the investigation.
