WHITEHORSE, YT – The Whitehorse RCMP have concluded their investigation into allegations relating to the use of restraining holds and isolation spaces at Jack Hulland Elementary School.
Based on the entirely of evidence collect following an extensive investigation, Whitehorse RCMP have determined that no criminal charges will be laid, and they will not be offering any comment on the case going forward.
The Jack Hulland Elementary School community has been updated on the development via a letter distributed by the school today, June 12th
The RCMP adds, their Victim Services unit has been engaged throughout the entire investigation, they have been briefed on the investigation’s conclusion, and they will continue to provide supports for those involved.
