WHITEHORSE, YT – Microsoft Corporation says it’s investigating following a widespread disruption to it’s suite of programs offered within Microsoft 365.
The global outage began in the early morning hours of Monday, November 25th, affecting customer access to Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
Microsoft was quick to identify a recent change which they believed to be responsible for the outage, and had deployed a fix by 7:00am Eastern Time. Shortly after, the company had indicated that the process of manually restarting some equipment was progressing slower than anticipated.
