Whitehorse, YT – Two commercial trucks collided on Tuesday afternoon, leaving both drivers with non-life-threatening injuries.
Watson Lake RCMP say they received a report of the collision at about 2:35 p.m. near the junction of the Stewart Cassiar and the Alaska Highway. The highway was closed for several hours and reopened around 5 p.m.
Police say blowing snow and poor weather conditions are believed to be factors in the incident.
