Whitehorse, YT – Whitehorse RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a man wanted in connection with a firearms incident Sunday night.
Police say 55-year-old Christopher John Delaney is wanted on charges including assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and pointing a firearm, following an incident on Jan 25.
Delaney is described as about five-foot-nine, roughly 170 pounds, with dark brown hair and eyes, and is often unshaven. Police say his right hand may appear injured and he may be driving a green 2011 Dodge Ram pickup.
RCMP warn the public not to approach him and to contact police immediately if they see him or know where he is.
