Whitehorse, YT – A 21-year-old Ontario resident was arrested in Whitehorse last weekend for drug trafficking.
Whitehorse RCMP say Nathan Nicholas Mathurin was arrested on the evening of Saturday, Feb. 28. Police also seized 140 grams of suspected cocaine and cash.
Mathurin now faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of stolen property.
Police say he remains in custody and his next court appearance is scheduled for March 11.
