Whitehorse, YT – Yukon police say a man who was reported missing last year is now believed to have been murdered.
Tyler “Will” Maloney, 30, was last seen Oct. 21, 2024, in Whitehorse. Police say he was reported missing on Aug. 11, 2025, and based on their investigation now believe he was killed shortly after his last confirmed sighting.
Maloney had been living in Whitehorse without a fixed address and was known to frequent the downtown area.
He is described as a Caucasian man, about 5-foot-5 and 230 pounds, with a heavy build, short brown hair, blue eyes, and a “lazy eye” in the right eye. He has a tattoo on his forehead reading “Nefarious.”
Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Yukon Major Crime Unit.
