CKRW The Rush is looking for a permanent full time Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Reporting to General Manager and working with the station’s sales and creative departments, the Administrative Coordinator will:

•    Create and manage daily commercial schedules and inventory
•    Enter sales orders and other data with exceptional attention to detail
•    Assist with executing station contests and promotions
•    Administrative and bookkeeping duties
•    Develop and maintain relationships with current clients, and research and prospect for future clients
•    Support sales team

On-the-job training is provided for leading, industry-specific software

Qualifications Include:

•    Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines  
•    Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills
•    Dependable and responsible with the initiative to excel and contribute to the success of the station and our clients  
•    Ability to work under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
•    Professional “office casual” attire required
