World Junior Snowboard and Ski World Championships

The FIS Snowboard and Freeski Junior World Championships are coming to Calgary, bringing the world’s top junior snowboard athletes to compete on an international stage. Junior Worlds is a premier global event featuring the next generation of Olympic hopefuls in disciplines like halfpipe, slopestyle, and big air. Athletes from around the world will travel to Calgary to represent their countries, showcase elite talent, and compete for world titles. It’s a major opportunity for young athletes to gain international experience and for our community to see world-class snowboarding right here at home. With local athletes representing Canada and Alberta, it’s an exciting moment for our province and a chance to celebrate the future of snowboarding.
