Show highlights alternative energy ideas
Delegates from across Canada, the United States and the world are visiting Inuvik today for the 2023 Arctic Development Expo.
The annual event will include panel discussions, thought-provoking keynote speakers, and a two-day exhibition arena with 25+ exhibiting organizations and a local artisan Arctic Market.
Local innovation tours are planned for delegates with site visits for them to check out energy alternatives in the community.
Signature evening activities will also include an opening Golf & BBQ event, a Cultural Showcase Evening with northern-themed food, cultural acts, and an Arctic Fashion Show, and a Gala Evening with catered prime rib buffet and star stand-up comedy.
