Unknown situation on Eugene Street
There are unconfirmed reports of a heavy police presence in the Whistle Bend neighbourhood this afternoon.
Residents are reporting that Eugene and Witch Hazel streets are blocked off by police wielding long guns.
For the moment, residents are unable to access the streets to go home.
